All costumes must be paid in full by July 31st.

ALL masqueraders must provide the following information for registration:
LADIES
Bra size (A, B, C, D etc)
Underwear size XS, S, M , L etc.
Underwear style Thong, Bikini, Full Coverage
MEN
Pants: 32”, 34”,36” etc
Tank: S, M , L , XL etc.
POINTS TO NOTE
• Our costumes are produced via a US conversion chart. Please ensure sizing submitted follows us chart applicable to Panty & Monokinis. Please use the size chart provided on the registration site.
• Exchange/Transfers/ switching of section, style, sizing or measurements WILL NOT be facilitated after registration.
Lavish Inc. reserves the right, at our discretion, to deny registration, request identification from registered masqueraders, and/or contact registered masqueraders for verification purposes, particularly in cases involving resale attempts, in light of the numerous instances of attempted fraud. Please be advised that due to the fact that costumes are tailored to your exact specifications, refunds on deposits and payments are not possible.
